1. What Fluffington is

Fluffington is an iOS app that turns a photo of your pet into an AI-generated portrait. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app — no hard feelings.

2. Your photos and your portraits

Your photos are yours. You give us permission to process a photo you select for one purpose only: creating your portrait. The finished portrait is delivered to your device and stored there; you can use it for any personal purpose — print it, frame it, make it your lock screen, gift it to a relative who will pretend to love it.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Your own pet: perfect. Someone else's photos, or photos of people: not what the app is for.

3. Free portraits and subscriptions

• New users get 3 free portraits. No account or payment is required to use them.
• After that, continued use requires a subscription — from $7.99/week (30 portraits per week) or $59.99/year (25 portraits per month). The prices and terms shown in the App Store at checkout are the ones that apply.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period. Refund requests go through Apple.

4. AI-generated results

Portraits are generated by an AI model. Results vary with the photo you provide, and no specific outcome is guaranteed — occasionally the model has creative opinions. If a portrait comes out wrong, email us and we'll do our best to make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Fluffington to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service. We may suspend access to the service to protect it or other users.

6. No accounts, and what that means

Fluffington has no user accounts, and your portraits are stored only on your device. That's a privacy feature, but it has a flip side: if you delete the app or lose your device, we cannot recover your portraits. Save the keepers to your photo library.

7. The service, as-is

We work to keep Fluffington fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
